Identification: Mushroom Growing in a grassy ditch.

    This mushroom must be from the Agaricus group.
    Well here is a picture of what I found today. Stains yellow and smells bad.
    Yellow Stainer (Agaricus xaxthodermus)?

    does the base of the stalk stain yellow when cut? It does sound like it's the in the Xanthodermati subgenus of Agaricus, if not in the genus xanthodermus.
