unusual strange Brazilian fern

    I would call it unusual because of the original way it makes its spores that almost look like a flower, the leaf shape is also quite unusual. I met it in dark spots on the rainforest floor in the region of Paraty, Brazil in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

    Someone has an idea, any help very appreciated!

    Looks more aroid-ish to me. Philodendron?

    Aroid for me as well - perhaps a Monstera or Philodendron (both are species dense in Brazil.)

    I'll ask some real experts and get back to you.
