Flowering Tree Identification

    I rescued a tree a few years ago from clearance and in 3 years it has grown so big! I have no idea what it is and have had no luck with searching.
    I have attached photos, in the spring it does get white flowers, but only on some parts of the tree. (Maybe it's not been pruned properly). Every season produces a few feet of new growth and the trunk is ver short as you will see. Please help if you know this tree!!!
