A year ago, I purchased an indoor palm tree from Ikea. It has a very thick stem and resembles a windmill palm. Lately the leaves have been drying up and yellowing, though I have been giving it enough water. could it be a disease or does it need fertilizer? Help......

Could be one of many things, root bound, might need fertilizer, might be to much light or heat, or too much water. what have you tried so far?

The palm has had sufficient water, and enough light....as far as fertilizer--I have not done so recently-- any recommends? The pot could be small....I will check that.... Perhaps an insect or disease?? is that possible?

I'm gonna direct you to a web site that might give you an idea of what to feed.
    www.plantapalm.com
Then go to horticulture, then fertilizers. ( for some reason a direct link never works)
As every palm has different requirements, so it is hard to be specific on directing you
    Hope this helps
