Tiny wildflower ID please

    Hello all
    I found this tiny flower in Nanaimo along a roadside trail. It is a creeping plant of some kind that was growing among tall grasses and other weeds. The bloom is about 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch long. (so much for metric...)

    I hope that this image is good enough for an ID.

    A species of Euphrasia (eyebright).
