In The Garden: Plant(s) ID Please

    These were recently photographed by the Visitor's Center at Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley, BC. They're suppose to be part of the Butterfly Garden and no one can tell me what they are ...

    Help anyone?

    #1 looks like lavender being overrun by grass
    #4 could be phlox, but I can't be sure as the photo isn't very clear
