    Hi,

I am new at this and this is my frist post.

My wife has taken seeds from figs that you buy at the store and has gotten them to sprout in water and in the dark.

Can we plant this sprouting seed and grow a fig tree or bush?

If so, how would we we do it?

We live in the Atlanta, GA area.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Yes. Check out this page from the California Rare Fruit Growers on Fig fruit facts - it has growing instructions which you may need to modify a little for your situation (though the principles will be the same).
