I have a semi-dwarf clementine orange tree that has born fruit for about 3 years now. The fruit is as large as an orange but is always very dry, not much juice. I water and fertalize per Arizona conditions but every year the same thing happens. Any suggestions or help would be great! Thanks, Terris

Sounds like you are still having watering problems. A quick check of Diseases of Citrus in Arizona, and a general look through the Citrus Disease index does not have your symptom listed as a disease. Which would lead me to think it is more a nutrient problem/water problem. The hot dry winds and direct sun could be drying out your fruit. Try protecting your tree with a shade and wind block or increase your watering after it begins to blossom.
