We recently moved to Panama City Beach, Florida (from a much more northern location) and this new house has a few different fruit trees already planted. I was able to identify most of them, but I don't know what this one is, and I figured someone here would have a quick answer. Here's some photos.

    It's a Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica).

Thanks for the quick reply. I've never heard of Loquats, so I'm glad I posted the question, I would have never figured it out on my own. The fruits are just starting to ripen now, so I'm sure we'll enjoy them.

    Thanks again.
