Is this what is called a Michealmas Daisy or is the name applied generically to all asters that flower in and around St. Micheal's Day September 29?

Seems like the term 'Michaelmas daisy' is usually used to describe fall-blooming asters as a group, but have also seen it applied specifically to Aster novi-belgii.
