I have been trying to micro propagate the pachypodium lamerei and am having a hard time getting it to produce roots and shoots. I have tried certain growth hormones like NAA and BAP. And nothing has happened yet. Does anyone know what I can do to make it root and/or shoot?
    Thanks

At about 20 degrees of latitude for it's native land, that's semi or sub-tropical. I'd suggest you warm it up - try 35 Celsius or even up to 40. I hope your sterilization procedures are really good since everything else will warm up and grow too. IBA is recommended for Plumeria (a distant relative) so you might try that.

Thanks for the imput. I will set the temp around 35-40C. I will also try the IBA growth hormone to see what will happen.
