Does fomented bone soup increase ph in soil???

I make my own fertilizer using boiled soup bones with meat, salmon & fish bones and foment them aerobicly with water for six months. I usually dilute the soup before apply it to rhodo and other plants. Lately, I notice most of my rhodos in containers have iron deficiency.

Will calcium in bone disintegrate during fomentation and create a base/alkali solution?
