Sycamore or London Plane?

    Don't know if leaves are enough?...this tree is massive, obviously quite old, located on Greene Street in Coquitlam. Will add more pics if useful.

    The dominant one by far in local plantings is Platanus x hispanica.

    Thanks Ron, that was sort of my instinct, as I remember being told I was standing in front of one years ago in Mount Pleasant. This one has very rough thick bark, not the "camouflage" pattern I see in Google search images, but as I say it's quite massive.
