Identification: I need help identifying this house plant

    Could somwone identify this plant for me? I have birds., and don't know if this is toxic or not. Thanks

    Looks like coleus, which is poisonous to cats but apparently not to birds.

    Thank you both very much. I have found a picture, and that is what it is. If I am not mistaken, the "lay person" name for it is "Bloodleaf". I have had this plant for awhile, and was afraid it might hurt my birds. I now know that it is a safe plant for them if they come in contact with it. Thank you again sooo much.
