Does anyone know of a specie of Dogwood(Cornus) that travels by root putting up trees from the root and has not white bracts/flowers??? The bracts seem to be small almost nonexistant and the flowers are plain green... The new place my mom and I got has these along one fence and I have not been able to trace it down... Cat

If you are in South Texas then it might be Cornus foemina. Other thicket forming dogwoods in Texas are C. racemosa, and C. Drummondii, but I believe they are mostly in East Texas.
