Found Near Tofino

    Found in the rainforest, the gelatinous form in the photo. Can anyone suggest exactly what it is? Or is it two things...some kind of spawn colonized by a slime mold? Identification would be most appreciated!

    Looks like Jellyfish to me. Maybe a bird dropped it in the forest?
