plant ID

I have this plant in the garden - brought it indoors to overwinter. It had chartreuse shiny leaves, and feels somewhat like a succulent. I'd like to know what it is, whether it is perennial/ hardy, etc. Attached are photos of it it bloom, they are taken from someone's garden site - unfortunately she does not know what it is either. Thank you.
