4 years ago my wife bought a valencia orange tree. The first yr. it blossomed and got maybe 6 or 7 oranges, Since then it has not flowered again. It gets sun almost all day and plenty of water. Maybe because it was bought at home depot and not a nursery? or what . how do I get it to flower again? thank you blackjack

Blackjack: You don't give a body much to go on. Is it in a pot or the ground? If in a pot is it inside or outside? In that it is 4 years old, you have at least kept it alive . Do you prune it? Fruit will only appear on the new growth, so if you are faithful about your pruning, you could very well be cutting off your flowers, and subsequently, the fruit. Your UCal or CalState county extension office can give you bulletins to describe appropriate care and feeding of this guy. I suggest you give them a call to see what they have for you. chuck
