Dragon fruit plant disease

Hi , I am new to this forum need help to identify type of disease and to resolve this issue immediately .requesting your help and expert advice in this issue.

I do not know what the issue is, but the second photo is more helpful. It might be good if you could tell us more about the conditions where the plants are growing and how this seams to progress on the plants.

Thank you Ron ,I purchased red and white cuttings to plant in my farm .after one week of planting I started to see two issues one a foul smelling plant and other termite attacked plants . Out of 4000 cutting 15 cuttings was foul smelling and about 40 cuttings got termite attack .so we decided to usea fungicide and a termite fertilizer to controle this apart from this we added neem cake to the surrounding plants . We don't have any dragon fruit farm near by my farm .this May be from the nursary .we immediately removed all the affected cuttings from our farm. My farm is in south India .any specific fertilizer to controle termite attack nd fungus attack will be great help .thank again for all your expert advice in this issue.
