Should this tree be staked?

I have a pyramidal oak that is 2 years old. Over the past month, the top has grown over 2 feet very quickly. The new trunk growth at the top can't seem to handle the weight of the leaves and the tree leans at the top even when there is no wind. I am wondering if I should stake it somehow or will nature correct itself? The lean starts around the 13 foot mark so using a support stick would not work. If you think I should stake, would ropes from 2 sides do the trick? Thanks

Should stiffen later in the season.
