In all honesty, I don't know if it is a lily at all? I acquired a planter from a friend with an unidentified flowering plant in it. (Not the elephant ear)

Any help would be WONDERFUL! I've tried searching on google but simply can not find a picture to match :(

    Thank you all in advance!!

Trimezia martinicensis. It's in the Iridaceae (or Iris) family.
