Again, all help is appreciated!! The first 2 flowers were taken around the neighborhood in flower beds. The rest were taken at Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet, SC...20 minutes down the road from me. It's my favorite place in the world to go and take photos. Unfortunately, not all the time do they have a little plaque telling what all the flowers and plants are.

Thank you guys...you've been a tremendous help!!

I know I'm not an expert, but as a kid in my great grandmothers gardens, I always weeded her marigolds, which were much smaller and were more full, with no center. When they dried, I'd always pull the seeds and plant more. I've been wrong many times before, it's just not the marigold I'm use to seeing. The link is the marigold I know.

I believe the pic you show here is a French Marigold... a Tagetes sp.

Common names can lead to a lot of confusion which is why on UBC we try to give the latin name to avoid any confusion.

I think #3 might be Acalypha hispida--leaf margins are serrate.
