what is this plant?

Can anyone tell me what this plant is. It is a sucullent that has orange leaves
not flowers. Its the one in the orange pot. usually it is compact but has sprouted
up because its flowering.

 

I believe this plant is Crassula Capitella aka campfire plant.

 

Might show up better if the pot was not similarly colored.

 

Checking my references, it looks very much like Echeveria agavoides of which there is a rarer "red" version.
