    I think yes. It looks to me like pictures of Quercus acutissimia, Oriental Chestnut Oak, or Sawtooth Oak. For instance, here's a photo: http://www.acornfarms.com/quercus_oak.htm.

    I should mention that my batting average on correct identifications is quite low.

    Ditto to Sawtooth Oak Quercus acutissima.
