My neighbour has the most beautifully scented mock orange. How do I get cuttings to grow from the beautiful bush? Thanks so much for your help.

Your lucky, as Mock Orange is one of the easy ones to propagate. Both hardwood and softwood cuttings root quickly and with little care. The use of rooting chemicals helps, and it is advisable to use mist on the softwood cuttings. The plants can also be divided, and suckers coming from the roots can be dug off and transplanted in spring. Quite a number of plants can be started by layering the low-growing branches. - Millet
