Our liriope has been healthy for 5 years. Last year it developed sections of yellowing leaves - it looked like root rot or appeared to have a fungus. We drenched it with sub-maxx and excel red and white several times (however we were unable to get the sub-maxx to desolve completely. I also dug out the infected sections using lysol to clean my shovel each time and burned the infected sections. It has returned and seems to be spreading. Can you tell me how to save my liriope?

Try your state extension service for diagnostic services. Do not apply additional chemicals without having specific problem identified first, then use those recommended - if any - for it in the way directed.

agreed with ron - it's best to only apply treatment once you are sure of what the issue is and that you have the correct item to apply to resolve the issue.

i'm not aware or anything that affects liriope - do you have any pictures of them before you dug up/treated them?
