Identification: My Cactus is dying after 30 years

    I do not know what it is called, but we have had it for 30 years. It 5 feet tall and just fell over. Picture is attached.

    This actually isn't a cactus. It's Euphorbia lactea, believe it or not, related to the poinsettia available around Xmas time.
    You can cut out the affected parts and many more will come to take their place.
