Christmas Cactus Cuttings

    HI, i took some christmas cactus cuttings from another plant and which is the best way of getting them to root?-Putting the cuttings in water? Or useing rooting hormone and planting them into well watered soil?

    Let them dry off for a day or two to form a callus on the cut surface (helps protect the cutting from fungal infection). Then just put the base in a pot of soil, and let them grow. Keep the soil moist, but not dripping wet. They're that easy!
