I planted this little plant last spring and it didn't really grow too much last year. Now this spring it's getting quite large and I'm wondering if I should move it before it gets too established. I don't know what it is though. I know I should have found out last year before i planted it but coulda woulda. Thanks so much for any help with this.

How large do these normally get? Its up against a concrete wall on one side and the lawn on the other. Should I move it to a spot with more room? Is it too late to move it and still get flowers? Thank you again for the help.
