citrus? mandarin orange?

    hi, i'm am trying to identify a tree that my sister has. she says that it is a mandarin orange. i am not sure. can anybody identify, and offer proper growing tips. thank you.

    Definitely Citrus, but the picture's too dark to make any better ID.

    The petiole is wider than mandarins I am familiar with; more like something in the tangello/sour orange/grapefruit range.

    I agree with David--the wide wings on the petiole is typical of grapefruit. My Minneola tangelo (which I think is a grapefruit cross) also has wide wing petioles.
