Identification: Plant identification - Palm tree look alike

    I received this plant from a co-worker when she packed her desk and left. I don't know anything about it, other than our kitten ate some of new growth so I brought it in to work under my protection.

    If you can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

    Mmmm....or possibly Cordyline australis, do you have a better pic. Are those old leaves at the bottom of the both stalks pink or brown??

    OK OK lol, looks like it needs a lot more light than that! Doesn't look anything like my D. marginata, but mine are in full sun, really bushy and in the sub tropics, thats why I thought it was a cordy....cool
