This will be my first Vancouver growing season. All my past garden experience is in a regular in-the-ground garden; because it is so wet here we're building some raised garden beds. My better half is working on them now, but I've got to figure out where to get some good soil to fill them with. Buying sacks of soil from a nursery seems like an expensive way to go for such volume. Also, I'm unfamiliar with the products around here (what is sea soil, exactly? is paying for organic worthwhile?) and I want to pick a supplier who has a good reputation with other gardeners. Does anyone have some recommendations or ideas?
