I found it growing from the ground in woods in Colombia. The plant is about 70 cm tall. Except for the base of the blade it reminds me of Anthurium carinatum Engl.

On closer inspection I see it has a spadix. Here are a few detail shots. The largest blade is 38 cm long and the spadix is 8.5 cm long.

Thank you for that. I see it is reported to be endemic to Panamá but at the same time possible reports from Brazil and Colombia. Also see that blades are reported to be up to four feet long. That is quite a bit longer than the blades on my plant.
