Wildflowers: What is this plant?

    I found this growing in a moist area of tall Eastern Hemlocks in Western PA. There were plenty of ferns around it. Never saw anything like it. The two berries on top look like "eyes".

    Try to revisit the location to see it in flower, sometime -- I was impressed when I first encountered it last year in the Ottawa area.
