Help with tree identification.

    I live in BC for the summer and in Belize, C.A. for the winters. I have a tree on my property in Belize that I am having a hard time identifiing and was hopeing someone may be able to help or guide me to someone. Here are some photos and Thank you.

    Appears to have phyllodes, in the manner of an acacia.

    Thanks Ron, This helps me more to identify the specific acacia species. There seems to be no thorns that I can see. Do you know what those curly things are on the branches that are in the first photo?

    Probably Acacia auriculiformis, Earpod Acacia - widely planted in the tropics.
