    Greeting All,

I live in north Florida and have a plum tree that is not showing any signs of producing leaves or buds. The tree is about 3 years old and has grown well in the past. I did a dark scratch in a few places and everything is nice and green under the surface. All of my other trees Pears, Peaches, Necterines put out leaves and flowers weeks ago and are doing great.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks David

Too young to flower; maybe a bit early in the year for it to be leafing out yet, given the cold spells reported from Florida last month?
