    Close but no cigar under current taxonomy rules. It's placed in a different family now.

    It's in taxonomic dispute right now.... It is either part of Lobeliaceae or the Campanulaceae depending on which taxonomic system you adhere to. The plant is an Ecuadorian endemic, and I'm only looking for the genus since it's difficult to distinguish this plant from about three others.

    What you're looking at is part of the flower. The whole plant is tiny, and that flower is about 4 cm long including the projected stamen.
