My tangerine tree is 5 years old produces about 15 tangerines per year but this year there are no flowers. It has beautiful thick dark green leaves and looks very healthy. Please advise.

Many of the citrus in the mandarin family are prone to alternate year bearing. That tendency may be reduced by thinning the crop during heavy bearing years. However, there can be other reasons that citrus do not bloom. Most need some kind of stress to initaite blooming such as cold or drought. So, if your tree was indoors and never exposed to temps below mid 60s or allowed to dry out, that could be a factor.
