In The Garden: Perennial with pink and white many-trumpeted blossoms

    My friend recently moved to a new home, and inherited a number of interesting perennials. One had striped buds which opened into pink and white blossoms with many columbine-like trumpets. Warm thanks to anyone who can identify it for me.
