    Hi,

I found these seedlings growing randomly in my garden in melbourne, australia. They are < 10 cm tall with no fruits / flowers yet. Any idea what they might be?

    Thank you.

Looks like Pittosporum undulatum. It's my understanding that this common species is native originally to east-coastal Australia, with southern limit somewhere in eastern Victoria, and that its spread in Melbourne originated from cultivated plants, though many years ago now. Even here in the Sydney region where it's a local native, it's regarded as something of a weed, benefiting from suppression of fire in suburban areas.
