I have a few trees in our yard that I would like to identify: one looks like a dogwood; another I think is a curly weeping willow; and the smaller one is a weeping type of plant? anyone who can help me? thanks!
1. Looks like a Cornus sp. 2. Looks like Salix babylonica var pekinensis Tortuosa. http://www.google.co.uk/images?q=Sa...&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1244&bih=528 3. Please can you add a good close up of the leaves/ flowers to this post.
I took some close ups; it's raining today, so I hope these help... yes, definitely the Salix babylonica var pekinensis Tortuosa. I added another photo of an elm? of some kind and thanks again for your help :)
1. Weeping tree. Possibly Caragana arborescens Pendula. Common name weeping pea tree. http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgu...5zxAw&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=25&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0 2. Definitely Cornus. 3. Sorry, but I need a good close up to show the leaves. By Elm do you mean Ulmus? It is not Ulmus, common name elm, as the leaves on this are alternate. While the leaves on your tree are opposite. http://www.google.co.uk/images?hl=e...=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1244&bih=528 .
