We found this vine growing wild in the woods near a dry stream in southern Virginia. The Flower and what looks like some sort of fruit is growing on the thin green vine you see in the picture. Does anyone know what this is? Thank you

Looks like some kind of Euonymus.

The warty fruits, with 5 seeds, and creeping habit suggest Euonymus obovatus, common name running strawberry bush.
