Help with orange tree

    Hi everyone! First time post and i need some help i have a neighbor who been kind enough to bring over like over $300 in food over the past month to help my family out as i am unemployed she won't let me do anything for her to show my gratitude . As we were chatting about here tress she having some problems with here Navel orange tree.
    She say's they should be ripe to eat this time of year. we live in long beach ca . the tree has a big spot of yellow greenish leaves and has alot of new growth and she tells me it should not do this so i was wondering if their is something i can do help this tree blossom and grow good for next year.
