Trying to find out what the trailing plant is in this planter, and where to get some... Was done for us...

I have asked some and heard that it may be a variegated trailing heuchera...but cannot find it anywhere to buy more. It has some resemblance to Creeping Charlie...Has anyone seen this before? It is a perennial. It is the best trailing plant I have ever seen!

Also, want to confirm what variety of Hydrangea this is- Mme. Emile Mouillere? The blooms are white and turn to pink then green...

    Any opinions/wisdom is appreciated.
