I have these plants I cannot Identify all 3 are deciduous

the first I think is an elm but I am not sure

the second has not leafed out yet but has cone-like inflorescences

the Third is semi evergreen and re minds me of a huckleberry or vaccinium. sorry i ahve never seen it flower

all are planted in my complex but the gardener says it is job security for him if he is the only one who knows the names of the plants in the gardens.

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it

    2. reminds catkins of birch or its relatives. You should check them when the catkins and leaves are open.

Talking about birch relatives. Check for the first picture some Ostrya (virginiana or knowltonii). They also have pleated leaves.

1 - agree with Hornbeam Carpinus betulus.

2 - probably Persian Walnut Juglans regia. It'll be a lot easier when it is out in leaf.
