A tree is growing in my new garden in Tenerife (Valley of Orotava), Canary Islands, Spain
It grew from a from a seed I sowed in a pot 18 months ago
It reaches now about 3 meters (10 feet)
I am pretty sure the seed is from Tenerife
It bears no flowers (yet) or maybe the little cones are the flowers (see one of the images)
I thought it was a white Mimosa (for that one grows in my old garden in Puerto de la Cruz) but the structure of the tree is different.
    Notice the very regular branching.
The climate here: Temp: min. nights in winter +10 degrees celcius, max. summer 30 degrees celcius,

    Looks like Paraserianthes lophantha.
Goolge shows pictures with the same bark patterns for the synonyms: Acacia lophantha, Albizia lophantha.
    Welcome to the forum!
