Lavender Twist ® is a trademark name for Cercis canadensis ‘Covey’. You would have to graft a scion of that onto a rootstock. I am not sure what rootstocks are possible, but a Cercis canadensis seedling would seem a likely candidate.

All Lavender Twist ® redbud plants are grafts originating from one chance tree. Since this is a patented plant you would have to get the rights (purchase) to propagate the tree from the patent holder.
