Looking for 2 plant IDS found at DIscovery Place park in Burnaby, BC.

The blue flowered one I believe is either Myootis laxa, or Myosotis scorpioides. I am leaning more toward scorpioides because it is many more flowering, and seems taller than 12 inches. Can anyone please ID it before I go ripping out all those flowers thinking it is an invasive.

The next is also common at this time, similar to fireweed..if I had to guess I'd say dame's rocket, but any help on these two would be appreciated. Most likely not native to pnw? Thanks!

The blue one is indeed Myosotis but not M. scorpioides or M. laxa (more like M. sylvatica). The other one is Lunaria annua.
