Does anyone know what the light purple heather is?

It's not the common one which is a darker purple and in a mass below the slope.

    This is at Furry Creek.

If it's flowering now, likely a Winter Heath Erica carnea cultivar. A close-up of a flowering shoot would help confirm that.

Unless too strongly colored Erica x darleyensis 'Darley Dale' or similar. The white is liable to be 'Silberschmelze'. But many other cultivars of this hybrid are grown also.
