I've recently began exploring fruit trees and I was wondering if anybody knows on how to get a lechee nut tree. I have tried to germinate the nut from the lechee but it has not worked. I love this fruit and it would be wonderful to try and grow it if it's possible in a indoor plant pot. If anybody has some information, your help would be appreachiated.

    Thanks

Lychee (Litchi chinensis). Needs well-drained, acidic soil, and very humid air (the natural habitat is subtropical rainforest, hot and steamy). Low humidity in most buildings makes it very difficult to grow indoors.
